A Message From Carl

If you are reading this, then you are likely either a current client or someone that is in need of assistance from an honest, aggressive, and ethical attorney. Either way, thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

When I founded The Law Offices of Carl David Ceder, PLLC, I envisioned providing a practice that was 100% dedicated to one fundamental goal: Excellent Client Service. My hope is to always deliver my very best to those who entrust me with their legal case.  I consider the representation of individuals in the legal profession a special and unique privilege that should never be taken for granted. As such, I will always be devoted to trying my absolute hardest to meet the needs of those I represent, whatever they may be.  Getting the opportunity to do this job for a living has been a life-long dream for me, and I will always pledge that I will never take being someone's legal counsel for granted. Please read my excerpt on "Why I Became an Attorney" to gain insight as to why I chose practicing law as my profession in life.

My commitment to client service means that I will always treat every person I interact with as if I, or one of my close family members, were faced with a similar situation. I want the very best for my clients going forward in their lives, even well after their time with me is finished. I hope to not only make a positive impact in the courtroom with whatever legal situation they may be facing, but also in to their everyday life as well. My role is defined as an attorney and counselor of law.  What I take this to mean is that my role goes well beyond simply advising clients as to how best to proceed through our court system.  My goal is to always attempt to give helpful advice and assistance that will help make my clients better people for their family, friends, and jobs.

Every client I’ve been fortunate enough to have represented over the years have all had unique situations, regardless of the circumstances  or the facts of their case. I understand that each person is in a different place in their life when I get the opportunity to work with them. With this in mind, the promise I will always make is that I will do everything within my power to deliver the quality representation that you, or your loved one, deserve.  I always try to put myself in your shoes, asking myself what I would do if I were in the same situation?

If you, or a loved one, is facing a scenario where you may need help with a legal matter, it usually is a very scary and confusing time. People are usually afraid and are seeking directions with how best to proceed going forward. Long ago I recognized that what people want most from their attorney is someone that will always give them honest and ethical advice. People usually are seeking an attorney that will help guide them through the criminal justice system, while doing their absolute best to protect their rights and freedoms against a system that can sometimes be very intimidating.  Above all else, what people desire most is an attorney they can trust.

I am very thankful for every opportunity to represent clients in court. I consider it a special privilege, and I take this honor very seriously. I will always pledge to anyone I represent that I will try my utmost to achieve a positive outcome in their case, given whatever factors may be involved.  If you decide to choose my firm to represent you, what you will get is an attorney and a law office that is committed to doing everything possible to achieve a good result.  I am constantly pursuing ways to enhance my skills to be as effective as possible in court. I try to work as hard as I can to improve myself and my ability to advocate for all those I represent. It is my sincere goal that all clients that I represent leave my service feeling a positive outcome was reached.  Please read some of my past client reviews here.  I am a firm believer that the best way to predict future success is by analyzing past results.

Thank you very much for visiting my website, and I strongly encourage you to call or e-mail my office ([email protected]) should you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Carl David Ceder, The Defender
Attorney and Counselor at Law
